		<description>Selling a home can be so daunting, you do a great job of explaining it all :) Does selling a home &quot;as-is&quot; put up a red flag to a buyer that the home may have a lot of issues? So a seller is better of only doing it if the issues are big ones? Otherwise best to agree to repairs with the buyer?</description>
