As a virtual assistant, I deal with PDF files on a regular basis. Sometimes I have to take them apart and sometimes I have to put them together. I recently found a couple of great tools to make both of these processes much easier. Let me introduce you to Wondershare PDF Splitter and PDF Merger.
Both products are available online for immediate download. Both install quickly and easily. Both are inexpensive tools at $14.95 each.
PDF Splitter is a small program that installs to your hard drive and allows you to take a PDF file and break it down. You can split it into single pages, by bookmarks or by page range. You can also tell the program to split the PDF averagely and it will break it down into the number of files you select. For $15 this program is a must have for dealing with PDF files.
PDF Merger is another great tool from Wondershare. This program also installs directly onto your hard drive and allows you to merge multiple pdf files into a single PDF file. With PDF Merger you can add and rearrange your files so they come out in the order you want.
